I. Overview

This machine is a new type of automatic weighing equipment independently developed by our factory in accordance with users' actual requirements. It is suitable for quantitative weighing and loading, especially for magnesia brick forming equipment. It features high production efficiency, accurate weighing and metering, and variable frequency adjustment of discharging speed. When the materials in the upper hopper are used up, it can be removed by a forklift for refilling. Several upper hoppers can be prepared as spares for circular use to realize uninterrupted production, which greatly improves production efficiency and the quality of formed bricks by a large margin.

II. Description of Operation Process

1. Place the weighing feeder next to the forming machine at a position suitable for material taking.

2. After filling the upper hopper with materials, place it on the weighing feeder with a forklift (the joint is designed with drop positioning).

3. Turn on the power button.

4. Place the receiving hopper on the weighing platform; the machine will run and discharge materials automatically, and stop automatically when the material amount reaches the set weight. The material stopper at the lower part of the discharge port will extend automatically to the front baffle to prevent the materials at the port from falling into the receiving hopper and affecting the weighing accuracy.

5. Remove the receiving hopper to empty the materials, then place it back on the weighing platform, and the machine will run repeatedly automatically.

5. The receiving hopper can be customized according to user requirements.

6. The machine is equipped with a built-in sealing device.
