I. Overview

This three-component forming equipment can fulfill all required processing tasks in one operation. It saves time and labor, reduces complex procedures, and features high processing precision. It can significantly cut down the labor and material costs for your factory, making it a highly practical one-time forming device.

II. Processing Procedures:

2.1 Initial processing: two edges of 240mm; two electric motors: 3.0KW × 2 units; saw blade: ∅300mm.

2.2 The linear guide rail moves the workpiece to the second group of cutting positions for cutting two bevel edges of 183mm (Note: the workpiece rotates 90° when reaching the second group of stations); two electric motors: 3.0KW × 2 units; saw blade: ∅300mm.

2.3 The linear guide rail moves the workpiece to the third station for one-side processing of 15mm on one side with an electric motor of 1.5KW and a milling cutter bar of ∅40×50mm, and one-side processing of 10.5mm on the other side with an electric motor of 1.5KW and a milling cutter bar of ∅40×50mm. The workpiece can rotate 90° to mill four processing surfaces, and this processing is horizontal directional milling.

2.4 The linear guide rail moves the workpiece to the fourth station, where two horizontal forming milling cutter bars process the forming notches at the four corners; electric motor: 1.5KW; milling cutter bar: ∅40×50mm.

2.5 After the completion of processing, the workpiece resets to the starting point.

This equipment is equipped with a PLC and a touch screen; all electric motors are ordinary motors; the rotation is driven by a high-precision rotating cylinder; the positioning adopts high-precision limit switches (dual system).
